Long ago, I read a lot of very good ones on the site from whence I ended up here in the first place, so I suppose it's only appropriate that I link it back: www.icybrian.com/Note, most of the good ones from this series focus exclusively on Chrono Trigger since Chrono Cross is treated more or less like the unwanted bastard child, but you'll find some decent Cross-ones too. I particularly suggest Nanaki's (he wrote a great piece about the past of Zeal, I can't recall the name though), Cain's (Chrono Continuum) and Jerm's (Chrono Something) works. There are tons of new ones (I've been gone for...I don't know, 8 years?), but I don't know their quality.

Wow, I'm such a late arrival here. But in addition to IcyBrian, there's some great fanfiction at the Compendium. The Compendium stores fanwritings here: www.chronocompendium.com/Term/Fanfiction.htmlThere's also some great submissions in the Compendium's Dream Splash forum, but I'm not sure if it's public yet. You may have to register to see those. RPGamer's fan fiction archive may also contain Chrono writings not hosted elsewhere.
