no not really, i've been checking back here periodically since school started and no one has pasted since then. School angers me. I now have no free time except for on weekends and even they're required for homework. I haven't been able to do hardly anything that doesn't relate to school. It just sucks more this year than it ever has.

You know, school isn't sucking up my time as it should (meaning I'm not spending enough time on my school work). Unfortunatly, what that means for me is that the things I'm supposed to be getting done aren't getting done, which is bad... As for what I'm doing? Well, the best explanation I can give is "wasting time." Yah, I suck for that... I'm downloading Ducktales 60-100, so maybe that counts for something... To bad my college work is taking a hit for it. So, uh, opinions on Nintendo's controller? I don't like the look, but the potential is awesome! I can't wait to play Zelda on that thing, and swing the sword! Yah, I'm going to buy one of those even if it's for that game alone. Okay, that's what I've been up to, basically. Or, you could go to www.halleyscometsoftware.com/usf/ to see ripped audio from N64 games. If you go to www.halleyscometsoftware.com/mboard/forum.php you can see where I've been posting most recently as well (though most of it is in relation to the music sets, or the plugin for Winamp that plays them). I guess that's all from me. Mouser X over and out.

Yeah... school does take a lot of time away... I can say that one for sure! I've been keeping an eye on the forums and, yeah, no one's posted here for awhile... but, then, it's not like there's much to post about. That's partially our fault, since we don't provide updates... sorry, guys. ^^;; What I think I can say, though, is that, as time passes, overall speed picks up. We're doing way more now than we were, just a few months ago. Still can't get more detailed on that, but UCT2 is far from dead... hell, I think it's probably more alive now than ever before! ;D But, enough about that... Since someone mentioned the Revolution controller, I guess I'll throw in my two cents there. Simply put, the possibilities are exciting! From what I hear, even the prototype is incredibly precise, which is a far cry from the past attempts at motion-sensor controllers. In addition to what this will do to future Zelda and Metroid games (drool), there are possibilities that I'm sure none of us have thought of yet...! Unfortunately, the gaming community has gotten stuck in a pretty nasty rut... innovation isn't smiled upon, these days, and it's a sad situation. As Satoru Iwata said, the aim of the Revolution is to bring in a new set of gamers with a super-intuitive controller and low-cost hardware... but I don't know how well they can compete with Sony and Microsoft. We'll just have to see. Either way, I'm buying a Revolution.

Yea I don't doubt that school is a major killer of time and will for doing much else. although compared to what i'm doing for work, I would much rather be back in school.
But yea everything about the Revolution does sound pretty cool, I'll most likely be getting one as well, but that mostly because I like to try and get RPGs for every gaming system.
But hey all hopefully things will pick up again soon here.
for all those in canada Happy Belate Thanks Giving.
to all those in the states, yours is coming you'll just have to wait ;D

Well, looks like there's been at least a little activity since I was here last. That's nice to see. As for me, I had to drop one of my classes. It was driving me nuts. So, I do have more free time. The question then, is what I'm doing with that free time. The answer is, not what I want to do... And as such, not much.
On another note, my OS hardrive died about a week ago, so I've been spending that time attempting to retreive data off the drive. I've had reasonable success, considering how much data was broken. The thing is though, because the drive went bad, I don't have a way to run my computer... Luckly for me, my dad found two 20gb drives on ebay, and was able to win the auction. The sold for about, with shipping, $60-$66. That's about $33 for a 20 gig drive. Not bad... As such, when they arrive, I'll be able to get my computer back up and running, and maybe even my laptop as well.
As a note about that, someone gave me a laptop (free laptop? Sure I'll take it), but it had no hardrive, so it's just been sitting there gathering dust. Now, maybe I can find out what features it has (I don't even know what CPU or RAM the thing has...). Anyway, that's what I've been up to.
As for the Rev controller, yah, I want one. ESPECIALLY for Zelda games... Sword fighting? OH YAH!!! I've been wanting that for YEARS! To bad I don't have a job, and spent more than 50% of my available funds on those drives... Though I should still have enough for Zelda: Twighlight Princess when it comes out (I'll have that game in reserve for over a year by the time it comes out!).
Anyway, it's nice to see some activity here. Mouser X over and out.

I check the boards occasionaly, but not often. I don't have much to offer, unless you people are Mega Man fans. If that's the case, then you might be interested to know that there is now a USF set available for MM64 (a N64 port of MM Legends for the PSX). I'm still timing and tagging it, so it's not quite done, but it's pretty close. You can see it at www.halleyscometsoftware.com/usf/Of course, if your interested in any music from games that were on the N64, then I highly recomend that you check that site out. There's a lot of good sets up. Anyway, that's about all I have to add at this time. Mouser X over and out.

well with school going back in and the summer holidays ending people don't have as much free time on their hands as before. I would never totally abondon these boards now that I've found them, I have been a fan of CT for way to long to do something like that.
