Wave Race (N64) is considered a RPG? Just curious, because I didn't think it was. However, I've never played the game at all. As such, knowing if it is actually a RPG might help me to rememdy that problem... That was the only one that really stuck out to me as not being a RPG. Though I thought there were others. Of course, it's also highly likely that I'm not familiar with the game, and didn't realize it was indeed a RPG (geez, that sounds weird to me "a RPG." I keep think it should "an RPG."). That's a lot more games than I have. However, it wasn't until I was about 16 or 17 that I started getting seriously interested in VGs. My brothers had been the ones to get most of the stuff, so I didn't really pay attention. I let them take care of it. As such, most of the games I own are for the GC. Though I do own Stunt Race FX for the SNES, and Zelda 5 for the N64 (OoT). I also own a few GB and GBC games (and very very few GBA games). As for games I've actually beaten? Well, that's far less than I actually own. I just don't have that kind of time anymore. Oh well. Apparently, that's life. Sometimes I wish I could just pause that, and use the time doing what I want to do. To bad my modified TV remote doesn't allow time travel like I had anticipated... It doesn't work on the TV either, for that matter, now that I think about it. Geez! What good is that thing anyway! /me tosses broken TV remote. Okay, I'll leave now. Mouser X over and out.

Well to me anything that has a huge storyline which effects the conflict in war or anything like that is a rpg also if they have roles thats my concept of Rpg

yep, but i will only spend money on something that will take me more than 20 hours to beat, i really don't like playing games that don't take that long, for me its just not worth it.

I've got the original too. I have a question about the new one though: Is all the sound just carried over from the original or is it rerecorded or just at a better quality?

i believe they redid the sound, they also added some extra stuff, which i thought was pretty neat, instead of a frying pan at the beggining you now get a baseball bat with nails in.
